 Jonathan Kelley is the owner and operator of Cornerstone Land Solutions. He is a graduate of The Citadel, where he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Following graduation, Jonathan began his career in sales within the electrical construction industry. During this period, he developed a strong interest in business and discovered his passion for entrepreneurship.

Jonathan went on to become a part-owner of a manufacturer’s representative agency, an experience that strengthened his leadership abilities and broadened his understanding of business development. Although successful in his corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors, he continued to feel a pull toward more hands-on work—something that aligned more closely with his personal purpose.

In October 2025, Jonathan decided to establish Cornerstone Land Solutions. Driven by a desire to return to practical, hands-on craftsmanship and to serve others directly, he built Cornerstone with a mission rooted in quality, integrity, and service. Today, he applies his technical background, business experience, and commitment to excellence to deliver dependable land solutions to his clients.
